ROOM DESCRIPTION

The Grantham is located on the second floor. It is a 2 room suite with a living room and private entrance. The first bedroom is 170 square feet with a vanity. It has a brass framed queen bed with two king size pillows and two standard size pillows. The second bedroom is 100 square feet. It has an antique cast iron double bed with two king size pillows and two standard size pillows. The bedrooms have individually controlled heating and air conditioning, as well as ceiling fans to adjust to your comfort. Each bedroom has a dresser to provide additional storage. The living room is 150 square feet and includes a futon. This room has a ceiling fan and two skylights. A separate closet provides additional storage. The spacious attached bathroom has a stand-up shower with a toilet and sink. The Grantham can be combined with Lady Mary to create a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom suite, which makes it ideal for families.
